In this report, we celebrate key wins such as ground-breaking anti-trafficking legislation drafted by Justice & Care Bangladesh, formally endorsed by the President, that will protect survivors and significantly strengthen prosecution efforts, as well as a new technology platform launched in Bangladesh, developed by us, that will facilitate referrals of all victims nationally.
In the UK, our Victim Navigators remind us that survivor centred, trauma informed support is essential to changing the needle – they have delivered exceptional victim care and vital training to law enforcement that is raising awareness and creating a blueprint for others to follow. Meanwhile, our Policy and Advocacy team have joined forces with other leading anti-trafficking charities, writing to the Home Secretary about proposed changes to modern slavery legislation.
